(“365f”), including visitors, gold members, senior members, and junior
members, must abide by all laws and regulations of the People’s Republic
of China while using 365f. The relevant laws mainly include “State
Secret Law of the PRC”, “Regulations on Secrets Protection for Computer
Information Network”, “Regulations on Computer System Security of
the PRC”, “Rules on Security Protection for Computer Information Network”,
“Provisional Regulations on Computer Information Network of the PRC”,
“Patent Law of the PRC”, “Trademark Law of the PRC”, “Copyright Law
of the PRC”, “Rules on Administrative Protection for Internet Copyright”,
and “Advertisement Law of the PRC”, etc.
1. The users of 365f must be responsible for the accuracy of any
information and advertisement that he uploads or posts on the internet
through its own account and password or through the administrator
of 365f. No users of 365f shall force 365f to release information
and advertisement against the laws and regulations of the PRC.
2. 365f may, without prior notice, immediately delete the information
if 365f considers such information violates the laws and regulations
of the PRC, breaches the legal rights of a third party, or conflicts
with the requirements of content of the column it belongs. The consequences,
including any financial loss and damage suffered by 365f or a third
party, shall be borne by the user who uploads or posts the illegal
information.
3. Users shall keep their own account and password confidential,
and ensure the account and password is used by authorized persons
only. 365f may suspend the account and the access to service, negotiate
with the user, and re-assign a new account and password when 365f
is sure that the account is using by an unauthorized person. 365f
may terminate the account and password of a user who posts information
violating the state laws and regulations on the internet, and also
terminate the contract and agreement between 365f and the user.
4. For information posted in columns like “Products”, “Companies”(or
Yellow Pages), “Buy & Sell”, “Employments”, “Market Quotes”
by the users, 365f is not responsible or liable for the trueness
and accuracy. Users shall verify it and be responsible for all consequences
of using such information.
5. 365f provides links to other worldwide web sites or resources
for its users’ convenience or for advertising service. Users shall
verify the value of those resources. 365f is not responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or
alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance
on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any
such site or resource.
6. 365f undertakes the security of the registered information of
all users, individuals or entities. The registered information is
only used by 365f in its own service and research. 365f does not
release any registered information of its users to any entities
except for information that must be provided to the authority pursuant
to the state laws. But information available in the public columns
is an exception.
365f reserves rights to update or amend this Terms of Service from
time to time without prior notice to its users in the movement of
the internet and the changes of the laws and regulations of the
PRC. When using 365f, users shall refer to the latest User’s Guide
and Terms of Service. The settlement of any disputes shall be subject
to the latest User’s Guide and Terms of Service. 365f will seriously
abide by the service contract and agreement signed between 365f
and its users.
